    1. Application Background

    CNC control system for dispensing machine, fission type and touch-screen type, realize full 3D and high precision motion control. It provides user with rich instruction set, including line, arc, single point, ellipse movement instructions and other kind of instructions, such as port’s output, waiting input, delay pause, choosing glue guns, motor reset, files’calls, increasing offset, program jump and so on. It also provides rich senior edit functions, including batch modify, copy, graphic array translation, graphics zoom, automatic edges and commonly used graphics library, etc. The systems not only support input coordinates manually and teaching inputting, but also support import graphics through PC (you can transform graphics on PC to PLT, TCF or G codes firstly, then transform the files on controller to processing files.) The storage space of the controller is 256M; each file can store 100000 processing points.
    The systems also support serial port, USB and network communication.
